The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. Please note that SentWithCareUSA, LLC utilizes the USPS as our default shipping carrier for all domestic and international packages.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise specified. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our default shipping courier is the USPS.
Free Shipping (postage paid by SentWithCareUSA, LLC): 2 - 9 Business days
USPS Ground Shipping: 2 - 9 Business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 3 Business days
USPS Priority Express Mail: 1 - 2 Business days

*Overnight/Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

General returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your items must be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please request an RMA via email to support@sentwithcareusa.com before you ship the item back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return to sender returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee before issuing a refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will not be processed until the item has been returned and delivered to SentWithCareUSA, LLC.

Gifts
For items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
