Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. SentWithCareUSA, LLC utilizes USPS as our default shipping carrier for all domestic and international packages. Please read carefully:

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise specified. In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time for transit. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

International Shipping Policy

During high order volume periods, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our default shipping carrier is USPS.

Free Shipping (paid by SentWithCareUSA, LLC): 2-9 Business days

USPS Ground Shipping: 3-9 Business days

USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business days

USPS Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business days

 

Overnight/Express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping Guarantees

No Guaranteed Shipping Dates: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. All delivery times are estimated by USPS and may be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays).

Liability for Late Shipments: Once an order has shipped, we are not liable for any delayed or late shipments caused by USPS or other courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

Delivered Packages

 

Delivered Packages Tracking & Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking status on USPS indicates that your package has been marked as "Delivered", we are unable to offer refunds or replacements unless a case is opened with the courier. If you need assistance opening a case with the courier, our support team is here to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages: For items that show a “Delivered” status but are not received, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. You may initiate a claim for lost or stolen packages via their website. Once the claim is opened, we can assist further in the resolution process.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please review the following policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

General Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at support@sentwithcareusa.com before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Deduction: If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return to Sender: Items returned as "return to sender" will incur a 20% restocking fee before a refund is processed.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). The refund will be credited to your account within a timeframe depending on your card issuer’s policies. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item is received and delivered to SentWithCareUSA, LLC.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate for the return amount will be emailed to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
