Thank you for purchasing your one month snack box subscription from our Groupon store. We hope you are excited to send your next care package with us!

Step 1: Gather Your Groupon Redemption Code

Make sure your purchase is complete on Groupon and that they have provided you with the confirmation / redemption code for your gift box.

Your 6-9 digit Groupon Redemption Code is required to complete the order.

How to find your Groupon Redemption Code: 

  1. Go to My Groupons.

  2. Select View Voucher.

  3. Your redemption code will be listed below your voucher's barcode or under "Redemption Code."

​​Step 2: Select Your Snack Box Size

​Click on the blue "Select Size" button at the bottom of this page that corresponds to the snack box size you purchased on Groupon. You will be directed to sign in (or create an account) on our website.

To receive the Groupon discount, you must use one of the following discount codes:

Medium Box Discount Code:  GROUPONMED

Large Box Discount Code:  GROUPONLG

XL Box Discount Code:  GROUPONXL
to reduce the price to $12.95 and complete your order.

The cost of shipping is $12.95 per box.

An order confirmation will be sent to you shortly after.

If you are shipping boxes to multiple addresses, you will need to pay for shipping for EACH address. Boxes being shipped to the same address can be combined into one order. 

Your subscription will auto-renew monthly. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account or by emailing support@sentwithcareusa.com
